High Leys forms a critical part of United Utilities’ West Cumbria Water Supply scheme. Our package included semi-precast and in-situ concrete elements, including floor slabs, wall infills, and roof screeds — making it the largest semi-precast service reservoir in Europe. Delivered with technical precision and scale, the project demonstrated our ability to support landmark water infrastructure.
