A629 Calder & Hebble Junction

This scheme formed part of Calderdale Council’s improvement works to ease congestion and promote sustainable travel. Our reinforced concrete package included two abutments with integral inspection galleries, a skewed bridge deck cast onto GRP permanent formwork panels, and diaphragm beams tying the main I-beams together. Using a Doka Paratop system, we supported parapets throughout construction. Delivered safely and to programme, the works showcased our technical expertise on a high-profile highways scheme.
